Hosting a performance

A Grandan Puppets cabaret show can lift any party or event and give your guests something to remember for a long time. They can be arranged anywhere throughout Australia or overseas subject to travel arrangements.

There is a choice of specific "numbers" to suit the occasion so whatever type of gathering your are hosting, a show specially catering for your specific requirents can easily be created..

The Little Red Riding Hood Show- or "Little Red Riding Hood- The Real Story" is a show for adults and children alike. With many a chuckle for adults, it is done in the Shrek style, in such a way that the "joke of the outcome" will be picked up by the adults but will also be satisfactorily resolved by those too young to know.

Either touring show requires a performance area (for the staging) three and a half metres wide by two metres deep. The staging takes 15 minutes prior performance to set up. As we carry all our own equipment our only requirement is a power point within 20 feet of the stage.

Ideally, the darker the room, the more effective certain effects in the performance will be. Purposefully shutting out all sources of light can be an excellent idea.

A room that is not near anywhere else that is noisy or disruptive is mandatory. Intrusive PA systems nearby should be silenced for the duration of the peformance.
